我在尝试了很多东西之后让它工作了。我的猜测是这两件事中的一件（或两件）是它起作用的原因：

1) 升级到 Jupyterlab 0.34.12

2) 使用这两行安装 nodejs:

curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_8.x | sudo -E bash - && \
apt-get install -y nodejs
