我的网站上有一个 .msi 文件可供下载，但问题是当我们下载该文件时出现以下错误：

在 Chrome:

在 Internet Explorer 上：

执行文件后出现以下错误：

Same Errors occurs on every other browser. So kindly tell me how do i fix it? Do i have to buy any certificate or license? Just Help Me :(
