A 在 app_bar_main.xml

中的 ConstraintLayout 上添加了 android:fitsSystemWindows="true"

我还在 nav_header_main.xml 文件的第一个元素中添加了这一行 (android:fitsSystemWindows="true")（这是 activity_talk.xml.
