Adsense 广告在 Google AMP 缓存中不起作用

更改： 最近我从 Siteground 搬到了 VPS。设置进行了优化。我缺少的一件事是 Siteground 的缓存。现在我正在使用 W3 Total Cache 插件。

期望：
1) 即使通过 google AMP 缓存查看器查看时也需要显示广告。
2) 不需要使用 google AMP 缓存等直接从我的域显示 AMP 页面。
