目前似乎与 Azure DevOps 服务有关不支持LFS over SSH。

请尝试使用 HTTPS 连接到带有 Git LFS 跟踪文件的存储库。

对我来说，答案是使用 https 进行 git 克隆，然后再进行 git lfs fetch && git lfs checkout。并在那之后将 repo 推送到 ADO，但是我还需要启用 checkout files from lfs.
