你的 pom 包含太多，它包含冲突的 jar，它甚至混合来自不同版本框架的 jar（Spring，Spring Boot，Axis 等）所有这些都是麻烦等待发生。

所有这一切都来自一个简单的事实，即您尝试一次更新很多。升级时采取小步骤，以便您知道什么破坏了什么，如 here 所述。

话虽这么说，请清理你的 pom。

1. 删除commons-logging
2. 删除 slf4j 依赖项
3. 删除spring-jdbc
4. 删除 spring-orm 改用 spring-data-starter-jpa
5. Axis 的修复版本
6. 修复 Spring 引导依赖项的版本
7. 移除aopalliance
8. 删除cglib

关于版本，我建议您将一些版本属性添加到 pom 的顶部，并使用它来管理像 Axis 这样的多 jar 框架的版本（目前您正在混合至少 3 个版本的 jar！）。

而且我建议仔细查看您的 pom 以查找不需要的依赖项。您还包括来自本地项目的一些其他依赖项，确保它们不会引入冲突的版本。

话虽这么说，你可能会再次通过恢复你所做的一切更好，回到你的起始位置并首先一个一个地升级框架。在您使用 Spring Boot 支持的版本后，将依赖项替换为 Spring Boot 启动项目（仅适用于依赖项 mgmt！），最后一部分是逐步将您自己的配置替换为Spring 在适用的情况下启动自动配置。并确保在每个步骤中您都保留一个有效的应用程序（因为那是您的起点！）。
