构建时间依赖性没有表达 _PN 所以应该是 DEPENDS 它应该是 pbr 的原生版本，可以使用 inherit pypi 并避免手动指定 fetch URI，因为它使用 python3 使用 setuptools3 bbclass。像下面这样的东西应该可以正常工作。
