当使用情况报告尚未准备好时会出现此错误。

请求您访问管理门户并访问此 Usage Reports

Portal.office.com -> 管理选项卡 -> 显示全部 -> 报告 -> 使用情况

看看您是否看到以下页面:

如果显示 no data ，理想情况下表示尚未为租户填充使用情况报告。

您很可能会遇到这个问题。如建议的那样，为新租户构建初始报告可能需要 48 小时。
