"npm install" Azure 应用程序/Web 服务上的错误：EPERM：不允许操作，lchown

在为 Node 12 LTS 配置的 Linux Azure App / Web Service 上，将代码资产上传到 /home/site/wwwroot/ 后，其中包括一个 package.json 文件，我运行 npm install 作为 root。我得到下面进一步显示的异常。

同样的异常发生在两个不同的 Azure App / Web Services 中，一个针对 UI，另一个针对 API（因此是两个不同的代码集）。但是错误模式是一样的：

它无法更改 /home/site/wwwroot/node_modules/[...]/build-optimizer/node_modules/.bin/ 下目录的所有权，只是因为 .../.bin/ 子目录本身从未创建。

同样，在这两种情况下，我运行宁 npm install 作为 root。

npm install

修改为：
