错误 503：magento2 不提供服务

我在从 magento2 connect 安装模块失败后遇到了问题。我的平台是windows8-apache2.2-php5.6-mysql5.6，打开首页出现如下：

服务暂时不可用 由于维护停机或容量问题，服务器暂时无法为您的请求提供服务。请稍后再试。

解决了。 删除 var 文件夹中名为 .maintenance.flag 的文件。然后出现

Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons

并查看错误日志，错误日志提示

Please upgrade your database: Run "bin/magento setup:upgrade" from the Magento root directory

然后在GIT根目录下执行这条命令。
