heroku-buildpack-python buildpack 不能很好地与 heroku-buildpack-apt buildpack 一起使用，因为它破坏了 gcc 到 link 你的 python 扩展的重要变量geoip 库。在问题跟踪器上提交错误。

我通过修改 heroku-buildpack-python 的编译脚本以不取消设置 LD_LIBRARY_PATH 和 INCLUDE_PATH，以及附加当前的 LD_LIBRARY_PATH 和INCLUDE_PATH 导出过程中的变量，以免覆盖它们。
