ImportError: No module named svmcmpl

Question

我正在研究 SVM，我发现了一个有趣的例子 here。我已经安装了 cvxopt，但是 svmcmpl 没有和 cvxopt 一起安装，而且我没有找到如何安装它。在页面中提到 chompack 但我也安装了它。
