当使用外部 css 和 Chrome 47 时，WebStorm 11 Live Edit 不工作
WebStorm 11 Live Edit not working when use external css with Chrome 47
当只有 html 文件时，实时编辑效果很好，但每当我更改外部 css 文件时，Chrome 中没有活动更改。
我已经在 Live Edit 中打开了自动更新...任何人都可以帮助我吗？谢谢！
