如何以编程方式更改 AppBarLayout 的偏移量？

我希望在 Activity 首次加载时 AppBarLayout（部分展开）有一定的偏移量，然后用户可以进一步展开或折叠它。当前的行为是 Activity 首次加载时它会完全展开。
