更改richtextbox中单词的背景颜色

更改整个 richtextbox 的背景色很简单，但不是单个单词或字符，是否有 API 或用户控件恰好可以做到这一点。我尝试将 word doc 另存为 rtf 并复制该项目并将其粘贴到富文本框中，它起作用了，但效果不佳，这怎么能做到呢。困难还是简单！
