CODEIGNITER：检查成分是否存在

Question

我有 table 成分 w/c 由（ingredient_id，名称）组成，类别 w/c 由（category_id，名称）和 category_ingredients w/c 由（ingredient_id,category_id）组成。我创建了一个按类别添加许多成分的表格，我想检查是否已经存在一种或多种成分，然后我只需要获取成分的 ID，然后将不存在的其他成分插入我的数据库.你们能帮帮我吗？

感谢 Gwendal 回答这个问题，我正在稍微修改这个答案以防止重复插入，例如：- 如果用户插入 SuGar CaNe 但我们的数据库中有 Sugar Cane 然后使用答案代码我们将有 2 sugar cane 以避免这些类型的插入我们可以将此代码用于模型
