根据 Gerrit documentation 应该可以为用户帐户设置头像，但没有说明如何操作。
If avatars are configured on the server, the avatar image of the comment author is displayed in the top left corner...
现在我只看到一个 "blank image" 而没有头像。如何启用此功能？
头像图片的数据源是通过插件实现的。目前存在 following plugins:
- avatars-external：允许设置自定义 URL 以从中加载头像。
- avatars-gravatar: Plugin to display user icons from Gravatar.
如果您不能将 Gerrit 指向用户特定的 URL（即 https://example.com/avatars/{username}.jpg）并且不想使用来自 Gravatar 的图像，那么您可以编写自己的插件.
我保证，这并不难..我成功创建了 avatars-external :-)
