我想阻止特定 URL 被重定向到 https。
如果通过 https 请求，则另外添加将此 url 重定向到 http 的规则。

要从 https 重定向中排除特定的 uri，只需将以下行放在 https 重定向规则之上：

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/this_uri [NC]

并从 https 重定向 this_uri 到 http :
