Spring 可以通过构造函数或setter 完成依赖注入。

  @Autowired
    private LdapTemplate ldapTemplate;

您的 LDAPServiceImpl class 没有将 LdapTemplate 作为参数的构造函数并且 ldapTemplate 被声明为私有的。所以构造函数注入和 setter 注入都是不可能的。要使用 setter 注入，ldapTemplate 需要有一个 setter 方法，如下所示：
