对于 Windows 中的光栅化，我在 pip install rasterio 或 python setup.py install 方面没有任何运气，因此无法提供任何帮助来使这些路线中的任何一条正常工作。如果你能接受 0.31，IOOS 维护了一个对我有用的 conda 配方（https://anaconda.org/ioos/rasterio). That is, conda install -c https://conda.anaconda.org/ioos rasterio.
