GitLab Activity 部分显示最近的更改，但有很大的延迟

自从我将 GitLab CE 升级到 8.6 它停止显示最近的更改，例如 Activity 部分也没有显示 MR 的最新提交。

现在运行最新版本（8.6.4）仍然是同样的问题。
