使用DecimalFormat就可以实现。

DecimalFormat deciFormat= new DecimalFormat("00");
mDepartMin.setText(deciFormat.format(minHour) + ":" + deciFormat.format(minMinute));

或使用日历

mDepartMin.setText(getFormattedDate(minHour,minMinute));

调用下面的方法

    Calendar cale = Calendar.getInstance();
