在开发站点上，此 REST Web 服务工作正常，但在生产站点上出现此错误：

KB 是使用 Genexus EV3 U3 开发的，是从 EV2 U7 迁移而来的
开发站点是 Windows 7 sp3，生产站点是 Windows Server 2008 R2
除了 REST Web 服务外，生产站点工作正常
URL重写模块已配置
anotificationsregistrationhandler.dll在bin目录

我还能检查什么？

能否清空以下目录：

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET 文件 C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET 文件

然后重新启动 IIS：cmd.exe"iisreset"

1).NET Framework 4.5 高级服务 -> WCF 服务 -> HTTP 激活

2) Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 -> Windows 通信基础 HTTP 激活
