两者都应该在使用的 ClearCase 快照视图中引用文件 with ClearCase SCM Adapter that is included in Rational Application Developer and the optionally installable ClearCase Remote Client Extension:
- checkedout：准备修改（并且在检出文件被检入之前没有其他人可以检入同一个文件，以防 reserved checkout)
- 被劫持: the file is not checked out, and yet it is made writable (通过 OS: chmod 或 Windows 文件属性)
被劫持的文件需要：
- 要么是 checked out (to keep the local modification) and then checked in，
- 或canceled（本地修改丢失，文件再次为只读）
