问题已解决。

打开文件 /home/mesos-0.28.2/build/src/java/mesos.pom，在下面的部分中，添加更多行：<relativePath>../../apache-11.pom</relativePath>:

    <artifactId>apache</artifactId>
    <version>11</version>
    <relativePath>../../apache-11.pom</relativePath>     # Add this line
