WPF 文本块动画

如何实现 THIS 类型的动画？我对 WPF 很陌生。我在 WPF 中尝试使用 DoubleAnimation 但没有达到目标。

动画应该在我更新分数时出现，就像在视频中一样，当分数从 17 更新到 23 时就会出现动画。
