如果你是默认应用那么你可以这样删除。

  builder = Sms.CONTENT_URI.buildUpon();
  //builder.appendEncodedPath(getSms_id());
  builder.appendEncodedPath("your SMS ID here");

  context.getContentResolver().delete(uri, null, null);
