我正在使用 ubuntu 14.04，在添加了一些用于集成 evalvid 2.7 和 ns-2.35 的文件后，我再次从该目录进入 ./configure：
/home/user_name/Documents/ns-allinone-2.35/ns-2.35

答案是：./configure --with-tcl-ver=8.5
