在应用程序中，使用了 Oracle ManagedDataAccess 提供程序。软件包版本为 12.1.2400。

同样的问题。今天我重新打开了一个 8 月启动的控制台应用程序，Oracle 给了我同样的异常。
解决了从 NuGet 切换回 Oracle.ManagedDataAccess 版本 12.1.22 的问题。
