我找到了问题的解决方案。

不出所料，它来自 func application(application: UIApplication, didFinishLaunchingWithOptions launchOptions: [NSObject: AnyObject]?) -> Bool

在我的函数中 let userInfo = launchOpts[UIApplicationLaunchOptionsRemoteNotificationKey] as! NSDictionary。

我改成了let userInfo = launchOpts[UIApplicationLaunchOptionsRemoteNotificationKey] as? NSDictionary然后勾选了if userInfo != nil把所有的代码运行userInfo都打进了括号
