我自己回答。这是一个菜鸟问题。 Visual Studio 2015 不是最新的，因为我还在使用 TypeScript 1.8 版本。

我运行也遇到了这个错误，在我的情况下，这是我本地安装的 typescript 仍然是早期版本的结果，而全球版本已经更新到 2.1.0。一旦我在 package.json 中指定了最新版本，问题就解决了。
