Hyper-v: unable to create new virtual machines
就在周二，我已经能够使用 Microsoft Hyper-V 虚拟化软件创建虚拟机，到目前为止我已经创建了 3 个。
所有 运行 Win2K12 服务器和 SQL 服务器作为设置镜像和复制的实验室环境（全部通过合法获得的许可，作为 MS 合作伙伴计划的一部分）。
我的工作笔记本电脑的规格是：
- Windows 10 专业版
- 16 GB 内存
- i7-6700HQ @2.60GHz
- 英伟达 GTX 960M

Usually, the Virtual Machine Management Service (VMMS) replaces this user permission at every Group Policy refresh to ensure it is always present.
