为此，我需要集成视频通话服务。我更喜欢使用 Hangouts 而不是其他服务，因为它基于 webRTC 并且是免费的。然而，经过大量搜索，我还没有找到任何明确说明是否可以在本地或通过 webview 集成它的内容。您对如何着手做这件事有什么想法吗？或者如果可能的话？

遗憾的是，目前还没有办法集成此功能，视频群聊 API 是基于网络的，由于视频群聊需要摄像头，因此无法从网络视图中启用此功能。
