我升级了 gradle 和一个 google-play-services lib 并且没有意识到你显然需要在结束时删除 apply plugin: 'com.google.gms.google-services'应用模块的 build.gradle。删除它为我解决了这个问题。

文档有点误导。删除 apply plugin: 'com.google.gms.google-services' 确实解决了这个问题，但 Firebase 实际工作仍然需要该行。经过更多的尝试，我注意到也删除 dataBinding{enabled true} 使错误消失了。但同样，这也不是解决方案。最后我不得不降级到 com.android.tools.build:gradle:3.0.0 - 这显然不是一个解决方案，因为你错过了例如InstantRun，但至少可以构建。整个问题是在 Android Studio 3.1.2 更新后引入的，所以我认为再次降级会解决它。
