假设您的连接字符串是正确的，问题是由于没有指定正确的提供程序名称引起的，ASP.NET 将假定它是 SQL 服务器。

您必须使用的提供商名称是“Oracle.DataAccess.Client”。您可能还需要先将对“Oracle.DataAccess”的引用添加到您的项目中，如果您还没有这样做的话。
