从setup版的文件来看，Gluu 2.4.4好像支持idp3。但是在安装过程中，并没有询问任何与idp3相关的问题（意思是安装idp3还是2）。
在 setup.log 中，找到行 Install Saml Shibboleth IDP v2。
有没有办法命令 Gluu 安装 IDP v3 install 2？
实际上，Gluu 2.4.4 不支持 IDP3。但下一个版本的 Gluu 可能会在 2017 年 1 月发布。

No, support for IdP3 will be added in Gluu CE 3.0, which is in final
stage of development.
Update: to be exact, it's possible (I've seen some builds of 2.4.4
with it, for internal usage), but without web UI integration. Still,
such custom builds won't be covered by Community support,
