Android 6.0 广播接收器不接收 BOOT_COMPLETE

Question

我的接收器无法使用 Android 6.0 Marshmallow。

我正在通过 adb shell 发送广播，见下文：

adb shell am broadcast -a android.intent.action.BOOT_COMPLETED 收到如果应用程序已打开，App say:Working!

但如果应用程序未打开，则不会返回任何内容。
