您的 --class 参数中的问题 space 是空的。如果您仔细查看数组 '--class' => 'TestDatabaseSeeder ' 最后会有 space ...这就是问题所在。将其更改为 '--class' => 'TestDatabaseSeeder'，它应该可以正常工作。

DatabaseSeeder可以自己实例化，它的call方法是public.
