Install4j exception during all installations
当尝试安装任何 Install4j 安装程序时（尝试使用我们正常工作的几个不同的安装程序），我在 Windows 10 笔记本电脑上收到以下安装错误：
The installation/removal of a previoius program was not completed. You will need to restart your computer to complete that installation.
After restarting your computer, run Setup again to complete the installation of Program name.
重新启动我的电脑没有帮助。从注册表中删除 "PendingFileRenameOperations" 也无济于事，即使在重新启动后（从 https://support.microsoft.com/nl-nl/help/310335/error-message-the-installation-removal-of-a-previous-program-was-not-completed ）也是如此。 install4j 日志没有提到这个问题，所以也没有帮助。
