凭据验证不成功：无法从 hawkular 连接连接到 localhost:8080

Question

我与 managiq ui 的 hawkular-services-dist-0.30.0.Final 的连接失败。但是我的manageiq配置好像成功了。我可以用下面的 url、https://localhost:8443/ (The configuration ref site is http://www.manageiq.org/docs/get-started/docker) 检查 manageiq UI。但是在 manageiq UI 的中间件选项卡中，添加新的中间件提供程序总是会抛出此消息，

Credential validation was not successful: Unable to connect to localhost:8080

请查看以下截图。

更不知道manageiq容器的哪个日志文件有这个错误语句。
