从你的错误日志来看，你似乎有一个代码 H14，这意味着你还没有启动你的网络测功机 (https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/error-codes#h14-no-web-dynos-running)。您可以从终端通过运行ning heroku ps:scale web=1 启动测功机（假设您安装了 heroku 命令行工具）。您需要至少 1 个 dyno 运行ning 才能让您的网站正常运行。

我能够在新的 heroku 站点上运行成功获取你的应用程序，在我机器上的应用程序目录中使用以下命令运行：

$ git clone https://github.com/TrungNguyen1909/BotMia
$ cd BotMia
$ heroku create
$ git push heroku master
