我认为它失败的部分原因是因为该设备只有内部存储。有没有办法从本地存储或外部存储上的设备添加图像？或者我是否必须制作一个功能，询问用户是否要使用内部或外部存储？

编辑： 该错误是由于未初始化 ImageView 而导致的。但是，从Gallery activity 返回并返回文件路径后，图像并没有显示在ImageView 上。它更改为背景颜色。

你可以将Uri直接设置为ImageView，像这样：

Uri selectedImageUri = data.getData();
imageView.setImageURI(selectedImageUri);

然后从ImageView获取Bitmap:

 Bitmap bitmap = ((BitmapDrawable) drawable).getBitmap();
