脏点是由带有圆形线帽的“0 长度”子路径引起的。当 stroke-dashoffset 的值为 0 时,路径被 [0, 150] 分割。所以它有“0长度”的子路径。

要解决这个问题,可以稍微偏移一下虚线的起点。
