RestTempalteBuilder 的 bean 被 Web 的 spring 引导启动器注入到上下文中。通常不需要在上下文中声明 RestTemplateBuilder bean,因为 spring-boot 自动配置已经提供了它。如果项目是 spring-boot 应用程序,这将按预期开箱即用。

如果需要,可以通过在应用程序 configuration.Something 中创建一个新的来自定义它,如下所示:
