无法为 Firebase 部署 Cloud Functions

我之前部署功能还不错，后来就不行了，不知道为什么。我已经恢复到示例代码 (from here or here):

Firebase Tools 3.6.0 版刚刚发布...安装该版本后，部署工作正常！
