我遇到了同样的问题。为了解决它我重命名我的 ~/.Rprofile 文件（即使它是默认文件）

我的机器上有两个 R 版本，R 3.2.2 和 R 3.3.3，这混淆了构建脚本。

所以为了简化构建脚本，我运行用它修改了PATH变量，成功了！

(奇怪的是/usr/bin里面用的是R 3.3.3，但还是用R 3.2.2！不过安装还是继续)

在 repo 中，Docker 中实现了一个完整的 H2o2 开发环境基于 16.04。在同一文件夹中有一个 Ubuntu 16.04 安装脚本。
