RStudio 安装没有为我提供 'real' RStudio

我正在尝试安装 RStudio (I'm already running R-3.3.2 on Windows7) but each time I download the RStudio 1.0.136 - Windows Vista/7/8/10.exe and install (using default options), I get the same problem - RStudio provides me with an 'empty' and unresponsive shell of an RStudio window. Here is a screen shot

你有没有试过运行管理员模式下的程序，因为它会读写很多文件到你的系统，所以程序必须有管理员知识权限似乎是合乎逻辑的。
