我要在这里冒险。我不知道您使用的具体设备。但是，有许多设备具有 "protected" 或 "special" 应用程序的特殊设置页面，允许在后台运行。如果您有这些设备之一，并且您的应用程序不在 "protected" 应用程序列表中，并且您的 Service 已被终止，即使您已声明它，Android 也不会重新启动它作为前景 Service 并从 onStartCommand().
