删除您的 include；您需要以编程方式添加（别无他法 AFAIK），因此将 id（例如 LinearLayout）添加到您的小部件的线性布局，并且：

one.setTextViewText(R.id.text_view, "tv-ONE"); // <---
remoteViews.addView(R.id.LinearLayout, one);

two.setTextViewText(R.id.text_view, "tv-TWO"); // <---
