Install Shapely: OSError: [WinError 126] The specified module could not be found

Question

对我有用的解决方案（Windows 服务器）：

1. 从 https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/

   安装 osgeo4w

2. 复制geos_c.dll和geos.dll到C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3\Library\bin
